Here is an updated, excellently designed stand that provides a sleek and sturdy look for the 7″ Touchscreen Display and Raspberry Pi. Say hello to the improved SmartiPi Touch 2 which has a ton of new goodies like Pi 4 compatibility, various front-pieces for adding LEGO brick compatibility, and even a fan and mount!

The 7″ Display is secured into the case with four screws, and your Raspberry Pi is enclosed in a compartment on the back of the case. A simple door covers the Pi in the compartment allowing for the display ribbon cable to connect to the Raspberry Pi DSI port.

For Pi 4, use the USB C splitter cable. For Pi’s 2 and 3, use the Micro USB splitter cable.

This simple cover from SmartiPi screws into the back VESA mounts on the SmartiPi Touch 2 with the four included screws. It allows you to protect HAT boards and other electronic components that you might want for your project. It’s made of ABS plastic and will have to be cut, drilled, or modified for your application. The case also helps protect the ethernet and USB ports on the Pi B+, 2, 3, and 4.

The 7″ Touchscreen Display, SmartiPi Touch stand, and Raspberry Pi are not included. These are add-ons that let you have a nice protective back for your Pi+HAT combo!

Please note: This cover does not work with the plain door or the fan door. You will have to modify it if you want it to work with the back door.

This cover is only for use with the SmartiPi 2 – it doesn’t fit the original SmartiPi 1

This is the Small 15mm deep cover, but we also offer SmartiPi Touch 2i’s Large 35mm deep cover.
